Although all patients are responsible for knowing their insurance benefits, we are here to help.  If you have questions about your insurance, we can call your insurance company and ask about deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, etc.

Starting 11/1/2024, Mt. Ascension Physical Therapy will be transitioning billing companies to Physical Therapy Billing (PTB).  Our patient's will be able pay their bill online through the patient's portal on Empower EMR.  Our staff will send you a portal code to get registered.  If our patients require a paper bill, the patient's statement will be mailed to them.

If you have billing questions for services rendered from 10/31/2024 and prior, Mt. Ascension Physical Therapy used a billing company named Flatirons Practice Management. Please call Flatirons Practice Management at 303-546-9158 with any of your billing questions.  Their number will also appear on your EOB.
